Organic Whole Grain Rice

Rice is the staple food for over half of the world's population. This amazing grain is rich in carbohydrates, is almost fat-free and is low in sodium when cooked without salt. The rice paddy is first dried and milled to get brown rice. This brown rice has the bran layer intact which renders it rich in nutrients, that migrate into the kernel, upon cooking.
